The Role
We are seeking a Store Supervisor to join our team in our newest store in Milton Keynes. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the store manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including supervising staff, managing stock, and maintaining store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the store manager in the day-to-day operations of the store
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Manage stock levels, including receiving and processing deliveries, and maintaining accurate stock records
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
- Monitor and report on sales performance, and identify opportunities to improve sales and customer engagement
- Support the store manager in the development and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety and security protocols
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience of working in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or management roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a teamStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projectsA passion for luxury fashion and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer serviceAbility to work flexibly, including evenings and weekendsWhat We Offer
