Your primary responsibility will be to handle NHS customer enquiries, navigate funding systems, and satisfy approval processes. You will need to develop a thorough understanding of referral and funding processes to ensure a positive experience for our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure a positive funding experience for our stakeholders
- Work with clinical teams to manage and deliver associated funding processes for referrals
- Record referrals made on relevant systems and ensure all funding-related materials are recorded correctly
- Monitor referral timescales and compliance with deadlines
- Provide funders with relevant paperwork
