Job Description

As a Programme Manager at Version 1, you will play a critical role in delivering successful ERP transformation programmes for our customers. With a focus on agility and customer satisfaction, you will lead cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading projects and programmes within an ERP/HCM/EPM landscape, with a proven track record of managing and motivating teams of 25+ consultants. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strong governance and compliance frameworks, as well as leading scope management with stakeholders and customers to align with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead programmes and teams that may have resources in multiple countries, ensuring alignment and effective communication across all stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement project plans underpinned by Version 1's MAXIMISE project methodology, ensuring clear financial arrangements and ownership for financial outcomes on Fixed Price or T&M projects.
  • Manage and motivate teams to deliver high-quality results, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Suite level executives, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, developing contingency plans to ensure programme success.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading projects and programmes within an ERP/HCM/EPM landscape.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams of 25+ consultants.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and implement strong governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with project management methodology standards, such as MSP or PRINCE2.
