Job Title: Head Chef

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that meet the bespoke requirements of our clients
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food production, inventory management, and staff supervision

  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Monitor and control food costs, ensuring efficient use of resources

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role
  • Strong culinary skills, with a focus on menu development and food production
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with the ability to maintain a safe and healthy working environment
