**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Floor Staff and Bar Staff to help us deliver exceptional service to our customers during the festive season.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Floor Staff, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a high standard of service delivery
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless service
  • Setting up, serving, and clearing down after shifts
  • Promoting the venue and our dishes to customers

As a Bar Staff, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional bar service to customers
  • Promoting Christmas sales and showcasing cocktails and drinks offers
  • Ensuring adherence to licensing legislation procedures
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation

**Requirements**

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Have bartending or waiting experience, with cocktail experience a plus
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a great personality
  • Are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service

**What We Offer**

We offer a range of shift patterns, including late nights, evenings, and weekends, with part-time and full-time roles available on a temporary contract. There are also opportunities for permanent roles for those who demonstrate hard work and passion for the venue.
