Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee third-party IT support providers
- Efficiently acquire IT hardware and software
- Assist in fulfilling IT needs for incoming staff
- Generate monthly performance reports for the Hydrock Board
- Administer software systems and manage user access
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Facilitate training sessions for new team members
- Assist with hardware upkeep
- Carry out general administrative tasks within the department
- Exhibit self-motivation and teamwork
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Proficient in Windows 10 and Office 365
