- Assist with financial reporting and budgeting, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Assist with the preparation of financial documents for audits or legal proceedings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards in handling financial information, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Assist with responsibility for the company's financial matters and interests, providing strategic support to the financial team.
- Record all transactions in the appropriate manner, ensuring accurate and timely recording.
- Communicate with fee earners when receiving payments, ensuring seamless processing and reconciliation.
- Keep track of all banking on a daily basis, managing the accounts system with precision and attention to detail.
- Minimum of 2/3 years of experience within a legal company, with a strong understanding of financial transactions and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to carry out tasks with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and precision.
- Must be able to manage own workload efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent IT and Bookkeeping skills, with experience in financial software and systems.
- Understanding of SRA Accounting rules, with the ability to apply knowledge in a practical and effective manner.
- Experience in both office and client accounts, with a strong understanding of financial processes and procedures.
- Formal financial qualifications are a major advantage, however not mandatory.
As a Financial Transaction Specialist at NPA Recruit, you will be entitled to a one-time payment of £1000 as a signing bonus, funded solely by NPA Recruit LTD. This payment will be disbursed to you within 14 days from the date of your commencement of new employment, subject to the agreed upon terms and conditions.
