We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our esteemed firm, Venn Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing a diverse portfolio of conveyancing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity for both freehold and leasehold properties
  • Managing a diverse portfolio of conveyancing transactions from initial instruction to post-completion
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to ensure a seamless and client-focused service
  • Navigating complex legal frameworks and maintaining a meticulous eye for detail

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing
