Job Title: Driver (Bank)

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our Sterile Services Unit team on a part-time basis. As a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting sterile and disinfected surgical equipment to our local hospital network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and deliver equipment to our customers
  • Ensure equipment and delivery vehicles are in good working order and report any faults or defects
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work environment and identify stock issues as they arise
  • Keep accurate tachograph records and documentation
  • Be flexible with working hours, with shifts operating between 4am and 9pm, Monday to Friday, with varying times on Saturdays
Requirements:
  • Full driving license with C1 entitlement for rigid vehicles up to 7.5 tons GVW
  • Digital tachograph card
  • Basic knowledge of current driver hour legislation
  • Ability to move transport trolleys weighing up to 250kg
