Position: Due to ongoing growth and an expanding workload, we are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our team.

Role Description: This full-time role is ideal for a Chartered or nearly Chartered Structural Engineer. Based in Belfast, the position offers the flexibility of occasional remote or home working as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design calculations, structural analysis, and CAD-related tasks, utilizing a solid foundation in both structural and civil engineering.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
  • Competence in 2D and 3D design analysis using Masterseries and Tedds software.
  • In-depth knowledge of structural materials, including steel, concrete, timber, and masonry.
  • Practical, hands-on approach to developing buildable structural designs.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and project management.
  • Production of NBS Specifications, structural reports, and other relevant documentation.
  • Leadership and management of graduate engineers and technicians on projects of varying scales, up to £60M.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • CEng MIStructE status is preferred.
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
