Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a full spectrum of maintenance tasks and repairs on both a proactive and reactive basis.
  • Utilize predictive maintenance methodologies, including thermal imaging and vibration analysis, to regularly assess the condition of equipment.
  • Implement enhancements to equipment reliability and develop innovative maintenance workflows.
  • Apply preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to achieve optimal plant reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment, permits, and risk assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Technical school qualification (NVQ) or a Bachelor's degree in an engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Relevant electrical certification.
  • Basic knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Must be able to work shifts.
