Restaurant Operations Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead the front of house operation of our new restaurant openings. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing the restaurant, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a world-class dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the front of house operation, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage the restaurant, including sales, profits, service, and marketing.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead and coach a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and drive results.
- Proven experience in leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
