About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Watches of Switzerland. As a key member of our showroom team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our Sales Team and ensuring the smooth operation of our showroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, including processing sales, managing stock, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure the showroom is maintained to a high standard, including cleaning, organization, and visual merchandising.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales reports, inventory management, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales Team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

About You

We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, efficient, and able to work well under pressure. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
