Print Finishing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Print Finishing Specialist to join our team at Kairos Recruitment. As a key member of our Print Finishing Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of finished products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • PUR/Hotmelt Binder operation and maintenance
  • High Speed Binder operation and maintenance
  • Guillotine and stitcher operation and maintenance
  • Quality control and troubleshooting
  • Time-management and production planning
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of relevant production experience in finishing
  • PUR/Hotmelt Binder, High Speed Binder, and/or similar machine experience essential
  • Guillotine and stitcher experience essential
  • Mechanical aptitude and production orientation
  • Good communication skills - written and verbal
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Flexibility to learn and use new technology
