About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gastroenterologist to join our team at Waitemata District Health Board. As a specialist in gastroenterology, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy procedures
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with gastrointestinal disorders
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Participate in teaching and continuing medical education
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- FRACP qualification
- Registration as a specialist with the Medical Council of New Zealand
- Proven experience in gastroenterology
