Advanced Practitioner Band 7

We are seeking an experienced emergency nurse or paramedic to join our Emergency Department team as a trainee Advanced Practitioner.
The trainee advanced practitioner educational programme will combine academic university study with work-based clinical learning. The successful candidate will be fully supported to undertake an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice. Upon completion of agreed objectives, the post holder will progress to a Band 8a Advanced Practitioner.
Main ResponsibilitiesDuring training, the post holder will practice autonomously in the Emergency department within their agreed scope of practice, stage of training, and level of competence to provide patient-centred quality care. This will encompass advanced assessment, examination, diagnosis, and management skills.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of £54,320 to £60,981 a year, including inner London HCAS.
