Field IT Break Fix Engineer

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Field IT Break Fix Engineer to join our team at Lorien. As a Field IT Break Fix Engineer, you will be responsible for investigating and repairing server issues, performing site decommission and exit, and conducting new site audits. You will also provide email support for DCM tasks related to TIR rooms, assign rack space, and report site and TIR room/cabinet data for project managers.

**Responsibilities**

* Investigate and repair server issues using HP server manager and HP ILO access
* Perform site decommission and exit
* Conduct new site audits
* Provide email support for DCM tasks related to TIR rooms, assign rack space, and report site and TIR room/cabinet data for project managers

**Requirements**

* Driving license required for national travel
* Flexible working hours, including early starts and finishes for distant sites

**Additional Information**

This is a contract role Inside IR35, requiring 8am to 6pm coverage. You will need to have a full driver's license and access to a car every 6 months for audits.
