**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital MEP Engineer to join our team at Crown House Technologies, a leading provider of MEP services. As a Digital MEP Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of MEP services with a focus on digital engineering and coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the delivery of MEP services with a focus on digital engineering and coordination
  • Assist senior members of the team to interface with design teams to ensure the incorporation of DFMA (Modular) strategy
  • Produce 3D models and drawings for installation and off-site manufacture
  • Have experience in mechanical, public health, electrical, or builders work services

**Requirements**

  • MEP experience on Revit
  • Knowledge of MEP services coordination principles (Building fabric integration, advice to structural and architectural teams)
  • Ability to produce 2D drawings including; schematics, MEP Services end sheets, risers, and complex plantrooms
