About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our team at Clackmannanshire Council. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing a statutory Social Work Service in accordance with relevant legislation and national and local guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume case management responsibilities specific to the Service, carrying out assessments of service users' needs and risks, following Service procedures, and delivering direct interventions to individuals and small groups.
- Participate in structured consultation/supervision sessions and represent the Social Work Service in multi-disciplinary forums.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes for service users.
