Procurement Sourcing Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Sourcing Specialist to join our team at Compass Corporate Services. As a key member of our Procurement team, you will play a pivotal role in leading the sourcing and contract management of medical equipment, associated services, and indirect categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Procurement team to deliver cost savings against agreed targets while maintaining required levels of service.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies aligned to the business's requirements.
  • Review and process requisitions and purchase orders on NetSuite in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive appropriate engagement and ensure good information flow on sourcing activities and contract implementation.

Requirements:

  • Education to degree level in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in complex indirect and/or capital equipment and services procurement.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and influencing skills with stakeholders from various backgrounds.
