About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineering Manager to join our team at Aviva. As a Quality Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading our engineering teams in embedding a quality-first approach to development using test-driven development techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement improvements to our test standards and practices to increase the quality and efficiency of delivery.
  • Take a lead on the definition and implementation of our test strategy, to help ensure continuous deployments achieve the desired customer outcomes.
  • Work with stakeholders, SME's and the rest of the Software Engineer teams, to deliver excellent and timely customer outcomes through continuous development and delivery.

What You'll Get

  • Starting salary circa £85,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
