About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious lawyer with a keen interest in structured finance and derivatives to join our thriving Structured Finance & Derivatives team in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior partners and associates on high-profile deals for a diverse international client base
  • Draft, negotiate, and review complex transaction documents, including prospectuses, offering materials, and definitive agreements
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on relevant regulations and market practices
  • Assist with due diligence and other aspects of the transaction life-cycle
Requirements
  • 0-8 years of PQE (Post Qualification Experience) in a leading law firm or similar financial services environment
  • Strong academic background in law, with a particular interest in commercial law and finance
  • Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills
  • Highly motivated team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
