Company Overview
We are a prominent recruitment firm specializing in providing expert staffing solutions to the global energy market.
Compensation:
Competitive salary range of £65,000 - £70,000, accompanied by a car allowance and comprehensive benefits package, with a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all facets of project planning, including scheduling, progress tracking, and resource allocation.
- Engage with clients, design teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies regarding planning issues.
- Evaluate and synchronize subcontractor schedules, offering insights on adjustments to the primary timeline.
- Generate and deliver reports on project timelines, participating in site meetings and discussions.
- Monitor project progress and create variance reports as necessary, including critical path analysis and earned value assessments, while suggesting corrective actions.
- Assist in navigating changes and their implications on project timelines and deliverables.
- Develop detailed site layout sequences and prepare necessary presentations.
- Adhere to company protocols and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the project delivery team to produce and report on the project schedule, fostering positive working relationships.
- Coordinate with fellow planners to create a cohesive project timeline.
- Oversee the supply chain schedule and integrate it into the overall project plan.
Required Qualifications:
- HNC or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in planning large-scale Civil Engineering or Pipeline projects.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, including skills in resource management and cost allocation.
