IT Director

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team at Oscar Technology. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing our IT estate, implementing continuous improvement, and managing in an outsourced environment.

• Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including Microsoft Exchange and Azure.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT operations and reduce costs.
• Manage IT vendors and suppliers to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Develop and implement IT strategies to support business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to IT teams.

• Proven experience in IT management, with a focus on Microsoft Exchange and Azure.
• Strong technical skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex IT issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate and develop IT teams.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and support business objectives.
