Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Executive to join our team. As a Campaign Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of various influencer and social marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Campaigns: Oversee the day-to-day management of various influencer and social marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop Proposals: Work on proposals for prospective clients by identifying the correct mechanic, influencers, and creative for each brand and their target audience.
  • Client Communication: Attend pitches for prospective clients and assist the Account Manager in client phone calls, ensuring excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Performance Reporting: Take responsibility for ensuring numerous KPIs are hit and campaigns are delivered, providing regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and manage large budgets on multiple influencer campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Proficient in German and English.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience planning and executing Influencer campaigns.
  • Delegation and Prioritization: Demonstrable experience delegating and prioritizing an ever-changing workload.
  • Communication Skills: Competent writing and communication skills in both English and fluent German.
  • Pressure Management: Able to work effectively and calmly under pressure.
  • Influencer Marketing: Understand Influencer Marketing and Social Metrics (Impressions / Reach / Engagements).
  • Gaming Interest: A genuine interest in gaming and the gaming community.
