Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience: Create a seamless and engaging customer experience across all e-commerce touchpoints, from product discovery to post-purchase support.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
