As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive support and administrative assistance within the marketing division. Your contributions will be essential in enhancing the company's visibility and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging content for the company's social media platforms.
  • Oversee social media channels and review platforms to manage the company's online presence.
  • Assist in generating reports related to inquiries and digital performance; analyze and evaluate these reports.
  • Support the formulation of innovative marketing strategies for the brand; track, assess, and refine initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external partners to increase website traffic and monitor conversion rates.
  • Manage printing requirements and ensure that company materials are current.
  • Facilitate the timely execution of marketing projects as directed by the Marketing Manager.
  • Provide monthly updates and reports on customer feedback and quality monitoring.
  • Supervise marketing communications to ensure inquiries are directed appropriately.
  • Input customer survey data into the company's CRM system.
  • Upload canvassing information to the CRM system.
  • Comply with established quality system policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in a marketing support role, ideally within the removals or a related sector.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and management tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
