We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Team Leader to join our Greggs bakery team. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the bakery, managing day-to-day activities, and leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the bakery floor, ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and colleagues
  • Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Assist with food preparation, store cleanliness, and serving customers
  • Monitor and control stock levels, inventory, and cash handling
