Communications and Partnership Development Specialist

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Siemens Energy team as a Communications and Partnership Intern. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a vital role in positioning Siemens Energy in the startup ecosystem and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and work closely with the ventures communications team to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
- Manage content creation across written and visual formats, including articles, events, social media, and online content.
- Assist in research and preparation of briefing notes for executives for interviews and speaking engagements.
- Support the development and delivery of our partnership and mentoring program.
- Create and manage PowerPoint presentations.
- Event planning and coordination.
- Support website and SharePoint creation and management.
- Monitor the effectiveness of communication activities through KPI measurement.
- Provide general administrative and communications support as assigned.

Requirements
- Courageous and passionate individuals ready to apply themselves fully and be entrepreneurial in overcoming obstacles.
- Recent University graduates or similar in the fields of marketing, communications, journalism/public relations, business/technology.
- Proven track record as a hands-on collaborator.
- Passionate about communications, innovation, community building, entrepreneurship, and start-ups.
- Driven by making a significant, positive socio-economic impact.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and autonomously with the guidance of the team lead.
- Effective and articulate communicator with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate a team-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrate strong writing and content creation skills with a good knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with different groups.
- Energetic and dedicated with an acute eye for detail.
- Full written and spoken proficiency in English is vital.
