About the Role:

As a key member of our pharmacy team at Boots, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of patient prescriptions. Your expertise will be essential in delivering exceptional service to our customers and patients, building trust and confidence in our pharmacy services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prescription Verification: Accurately check patient prescriptions that have been clinically checked by a Pharmacist, adhering to regulatory and company standards.
  • Customer Advice: Provide expert, tailored advice to patients about available medicines, products, and services, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
  • Service Delivery: Deliver various services as required by the store, meeting the needs of our customers and patients.
  • Team Leadership: Build strong relationships with your Pharmacy team, coaching and inspiring them to deliver the highest standard of care and service.
  • Triage and Support: Assist with the triage of patients and distribute prescription handouts, providing a seamless experience for our customers.
