Salary Range: PO2 – PO4 £38,133 to £52,632 Depending on Skills and Experience

Full Time Permanent

Location: Twickenham Civic Centre

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Planning Officer to join our Development Management Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for effective negotiation and resolution to ensure outcomes that reflect the Council's wider positive objectives and policies.

About the Team

Our Development Management Team is responsible for ensuring that development in the borough is of high quality and meets the needs of the community. We work closely with developers, residents, and other stakeholders to achieve this goal.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an RTPI accredited planning qualification and significant knowledge and experience of Development Management.
