About Us: Howells Solutions Limited is a leading provider of passive fire protection services, offering a comprehensive range of survey, installation, and compliance services to public and private sector organizations.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of our passive fire protection services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contractors, ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently, and overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise contractors undertaking works
  • Ensure works are completed in a safe and efficient manner within stated timescales
  • Manage sub-contractors and inspect properties pre and post works
  • Take progress meetings and oversee the day-to-day delivery of the programme
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of works completed

Requirements:

  • SMSTS qualification
  • First Aid certification
  • CSCS Card
  • Asbestos Awareness (preferred)
  • Able to gain Security Clearance
  • IOSH certification
  • Relevant Fire Qualification (BM Trada, FIRAS, NVQ Passive Fire) preferred but not essential
  • Fire Door Knowledge
  • DBS clearance
