Job Title: Intervention Specialists and Tutors

We are seeking dedicated and skilled professionals to join our team as Intervention Specialists and Tutors. As a key member of our secondary school team in Romford, you will play a vital role in supporting students who require additional academic help.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver focused interventions in core subjects, such as Maths, English, and Science, to students who require additional support.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies to suit individual learning needs.
  • Provide tutoring and mentoring support to help students reach their academic goals.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to ensure consistency and alignment between interventions and the main curriculum.
  • Motivate and inspire students to overcome challenges and stay engaged in their learning.

Requirements:

  • Experience in working with students at secondary school level.
  • A passion for education and the ability to build strong, supportive relationships with students.
  • A strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
