Exciting Opportunity for a Legal Secretary in Commercial Property, Planning, and Property Litigation

We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our award-winning legal firm in Norwich on a permanent basis. As a Legal Secretary in our Commercial Property, Planning, and Property Litigation teams, you will have the opportunity to diversify your experience and provide comprehensive legal support to our fee earners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing full secretarial support to the team, including audio typing, drafting letters and emails, and file management.
  • Handling incoming calls and enquiries, and managing the team's diary.
  • Assisting with file opening, issuing client care letters, and completing ID checks.
  • Scanning, filing, and photocopying documents.
Requirements:
  • Experience in providing secretarial support in Commercial Property, Planning, or Litigation.
  • Strong secretarial and audio typing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
