Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in Kirkintilloch, Glasgow. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, working closely with our specialist teams to provide nursing care for individuals with complex medical needs and dementia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
• Oversee medication management, adhering to company policies and current legislation
• Make informed decisions in a timely manner, prioritizing resident safety and well-being
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development

• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and propose effective solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and families
