Job Title: Senior Pricing Manager - Modelling and Development

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pricing Manager to join our team at Ageas Insurance Limited. As a key member of our pricing function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain pricing models and algorithms to optimize insurance pricing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize pricing initiatives
  • Analyze data to inform pricing decisions and identify areas for improvement
  • Communicate pricing strategies and results to stakeholders
  • Lead the development and implementation of pricing governance processes
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in insurance pricing, with a focus on modelling and development
  • Strong technical skills in programming languages such as SAS, SQL, and Python
  • Experience with predictive modelling techniques, including logistic regression and decision trees
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
