This is a fantastic opportunity to join a newly established independent dining establishment. As the Catering Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the overall success of the venue, participating in the planning and setup phases.

The establishment will serve breakfast, light lunches, afternoon teas, and a diverse beverage selection. The culinary team will focus on preparing as much as possible on-site, utilizing fresh, local ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the daily operations of a new 110-seat dining area and a 50-seat outdoor terrace
  • Ensuring organization within a bustling catering environment

  • Providing guidance and demonstrating strong leadership capabilities
  • Working closely with other department heads
