Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our Property Maintenance team at Sanctuary Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out construction, fault fixing, and maintenance duties within our social housing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend occupied properties to carry out repairs and maintenance tasks
- Resolve problems and ensure customers are kept informed
- Maintain a suitable van stock level and restock as needed
- Provide accurate and timely information on work progress to customers
- Participate in an emergency call-out rota
Requirements
- Qualified to NVQ Level 2 in a core subject (carpentry, electrical, or plumbing)
- Recent experience in a similar role within social housing is advantageous
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Additional skills in disciplines such as plumbing, carpentry, and plastering are beneficial
- Working knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Full valid UK driving license
