Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of individuals with mental illness, providing personalized support to help them achieve their employment goals.
- Deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach, working closely with service users, healthcare professionals, and employers to facilitate successful employment outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local employers, promoting the benefits of employing individuals with mental illness.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure service users are receiving the necessary support to maintain employment.
