Careerline Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential School Matron to join our team. As a key member of our boarding house staff, you will be responsible for creating a homely, happy, and stable atmosphere for our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the smooth running of the boarding house, ensuring the well-being and safety of our students.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Contribute to the development of a stable and supportive boarding house environment.
- Collaborate with other boarding house staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of new staff members.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a residential care or boarding house environment.
