About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our Sales team at Reactive Recruitment. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, cultivating and strengthening relationships with existing clients, and overseeing and managing key client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee and manage key client accounts to ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Conduct market research to identify potential growth areas and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company targets and goals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to drive revenue growth
  • Track sales performance and report on progress to management
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment
  • Manufacturing industry experience is desirable but not essential
