About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Management Lead to join our team at MBN Solutions. As a Data Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Data Engineers and managing the day-to-day data management activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of Data Engineers to design, build, and maintain data warehouses
  • Develop and implement best practices for data management and quality
  • Work closely with stakeholders to determine data infrastructure requirements
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and influence data-driven decision making
  • Collaborate with the Analytics team to determine data infrastructure requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing/supervising a small team
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering
  • Proficiency in MS technologies, including Azure, SQL, and Power BI
  • Experience with SSIS and other ETL tools
  • Proven experience in end-to-end data warehousing

Desirable Skills

  • Experience working in the healthcare and/or manufacturing sectors
  • Knowledge of Oracle
