About the Role:
Involve Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Water Hygiene Technician to join a well-established company specializing in water hygiene and treatment solutions. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that values a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting various water hygiene and treatment tasks, including water sampling, servicing of thermostatic mixing valves, temperature monitoring, tank cleaning, and disinfection of domestic water systems.
- Assisting the equipment department with the commissioning of water treatment systems.
- Maintaining clear communication with clients and the operations team to ensure job progress is tracked and any issues are reported promptly.
- Identifying potential opportunities for additional services or leads for the organization.
- Keeping up-to-date with water hygiene knowledge and communicating any training needs to the management.
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A valid UK driving license.
- A plumbing or electrical qualification, or relevant experience in the field.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- An understanding of water softeners, chlorine dioxide systems, UV treatment units, and chemical dosing equipment is advantageous.
