Position Responsibilities
As a Vehicle Technician, your key responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing diagnostic tools and a methodical approach to accurately identify and resolve vehicle issues.
- Engaging with customers to thoroughly understand their concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Staying updated on the latest technologies introduced in our vehicle lineup and mastering the skills needed to diagnose and repair related faults.
- Adhering to safe working practices to ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues.
- Completing necessary service documentation, including job sheets and service reports, in accordance with brand standards and warranty requirements.
- Conducting comprehensive vehicle health checks and timely CitNOW video submissions.
- Maintaining high standards of workshop cleanliness and proper tool usage.
