Housing Management Solicitor Role

This opportunity presents a great chance to become part of a renowned, contemporary, and encouraging law firm as they seek a Qualified Housing Management Solicitor.

The Role

The Housing department at the firm is actively seeking a Qualified Housing Management Solicitor to join their team. The successful candidate will collaborate with the existing team to further enhance their legal practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of pre-litigated and post-litigated matters with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate with the existing team to further enhance the legal practice
  • Work with a strong understanding of CPR and Housing case law

Requirements

  • At least 3 years PQE with experience in housing litigation
  • Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
