We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Director to join our team at Vibe Recruit. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and experience to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. **Booking and Scheduling:** Coordinate customer and supplier visits to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  2. **Quotations and Proposals:** Provide detailed quotations to customers and prospective customers, highlighting the benefits of our services.
  3. **Report Analysis:** Assess and collate reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize our service delivery.
  4. **Materials and Stock Control:** Manage inventory levels, procure materials, and ensure timely delivery of parts and components.

**Requirements:**

  • **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • **Engineering or Technical Aptitude:** Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical concepts to provide expert advice and support.
  • **Previous Experience:** Previous experience in customer service, materials control, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • **Driver's License:** A valid driver's license is required for occasional travel and delivery of parts or components.
