About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Zimmer Biomet. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in achieving total budgeted sales and individual product targets for the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and allied personnel on the territory.
  • Sell Zimmer Biomet's range of products on an exclusive basis, as directed by management strategies.
  • Provide training and support to customers on the use of Zimmer products.
  • Follow up on leads and visits in a timely manner, as directed by the Sales Manager.
  • Adhere to divisional sales strategies under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
  • Undertake other duties such as attendance at sales meetings, exhibitions, and staff training, as required.
Requirements
  • Educated to minimum 'A' level or equivalent.
  • Preferably a business degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of the designated territory, hospitals, and relevant hospital personnel.
