Responsibilities:

As a Junior Property Consultant, your role will involve generating and scheduling property valuations, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, finalizing sales, and managing transactions from exchange to completion. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with the branch Mortgage Advisor to maximize client appointments.

Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking motivated individuals who excel in a target-oriented setting, deliver exceptional customer service, and possess qualities such as resilience, positivity, organization, numeracy, and meticulous attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with IT proficiency, are essential. A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are mandatory.

Experience Required:

No prior experience in estate agency is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. Candidates with backgrounds in field sales or call center sales are particularly encouraged to apply.
