Exciting Opportunity for a Landscape Architect or Assistant

Our client, a multi-award winning architecture and building consultancy practice, is seeking a talented Landscape Architect or experienced Landscape Assistant to join their creative and friendly team in Bristol.

The Role:

You will be responsible for designing and delivering associated projects, maintaining excellent working relationships with colleagues, clients, and third parties. This role offers excellent opportunities for career enhancement and professional growth.

Your Skills and Experience:
  • Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Landscape Architecture from a school accredited by the Landscape Institute or working towards this.
  • Proven skills in managing and delivering projects from inception to completion.
  • Assist in landscape design projects at various stages, providing technical support to colleagues in the delivery of small to large scale projects of varying complexity.
  • Assist in the preparation of Landscape & Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA) and Appraisals to support Planning Applications and Environmental Statements.
  • Prepare drawings and documents using a variety of software packages in Revit.
  • Appraise sites in terms of their opportunities, restrictions, and risk.
  • Liaise, engage, and present to project stakeholders including clients, contractors, planning departments, and members of the public.
  • Some financial management of projects.
  • Attend regular meetings with clients, contractors, and other specialists.
