Key Responsibilities:
- Line Setup and Maintenance: Prepare and set up production lines for operation, ensuring all equipment is correctly installed and ready for operation.
- Equipment Adjustments: Make necessary adjustments to equipment settings to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
- Filling Checks and Adjustments: Perform routine checks and adjustments on filling machines to ensure accurate product filling.
- Weigh Scale Tolerances and Checks: Regularly check and calibrate weigh scales to ensure compliance with specified tolerances and standards.
- Removal and Reassembly of Parts: Disassemble and reassemble parts to prepare for cleaning, as required.
- Video Jet Ink Setup: Set up video jet ink printing equipment for product labeling.
- Daily and Visual Maintenance Checks: Conduct daily and visual maintenance checks to identify and address potential issues.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain production room equipment not included in the PPM schedule.
- Pump Setup and Purging: Set up and purge pumps to ensure they are ready for production use.
- Line Support: Assist the effective and efficient running of all production lines, providing technical support and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Mechanical Background: A strong understanding of mechanical principles and practices.
- Production Experience: Experience working within a production or manufacturing environment.
- Compliance and Regulation Checks: Experience of working in a role that involved compliance and regulation checks to meet standards.
- GMP Experience: Experience of working within a GMP working environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
